Make way, here comes the big machines

We've unpacked the first load of machinery, of course we skipped several steps here in the photographs like the receiving, getting these behemoths off the truck, moving them into our space, un-crating, and getting them off their platforms and onto our floor.














This load includes the two Sawstop tablesaws which contain technology that turns off the saws and immediately stops the blades if your finger comes in contact with the cutting edge. Also in this load were the General jointer and planer which both employ helical cutting heads. The helical cutting heads use many smaller blades instead of few continuous blades. These small blades are easy to remove, sharpen and/or replace, and realign in the cutting head.
